I am a technology specialist with several years of professionally tested experience in web development and Information Technology.

In my web development experience, I have worn designer and developer hats, building visual mockups with respect to responsive design, then developing them. I live for smooth, striking user interfaces and have worked for businesses in various industries, from Entertainment to Finance.

In Information Technology, I've worked on managing user accounts and licenses, providing remote support across Windows and mobile devices, and documented issues and their resolution through ticketing systems. I've set up workstations for staff members and monitored website analytics to observe trends. I've also created and curated software onboarding materials and supported company-wide tech policies in collaboration with executives and cybersecurity teams.
